Team: Cincinnati Reds
Ballpark: Goodyear Ballpark
Location: Goodyear, AZ USA
Class: Major League Spring Training
League: Cactus League
Affiliate:

Goodyear Ballpark opened in 2009 as the spring training home of the Cleveland Indians. It replaced Chain of Lakes Park in Winter Haven as the team home.

The following year, the Cincinnati Reds also moved to the park for spring training, leaving Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota. However, the Baltimore Orioles moved into Ed Smith and it remains active, unlike Chain of Lakes Park.

Although there are 15 teams in the Cactus League, there are currently only ten stadiums as a number of teams share a park.

I prefer spring training games over regular season major league games because you can get so close to the action at a fraction of the cost.
